Draft registrar accreditation guidelines
These guidelines, and comments received about them, were the basis for the Statement of Registrar Accreditation Policy adopted by the ICANN Initial Board of Directors on March 4. They provide useful general background about the accreditation concept. Please do not rely on the details of these guidelines, however, as the policy adopted by the board includes many changes made in response to public comment.
