Amendment No. 4 to Sponsorship Agreement

Whereas, ICANN has accepted Societe Internationale de Telecommunications Aeronautiques SC’s Renewal Proposal and has entered into negotiations with Societe Internationale de Telecommunications Aeronautiques SC for a renewal agreement in accordance with Section 5.2.2 of the TLD Sponsorship Agreement.

Whereas, the present agreement expires on 17 December 2007, and the parties wish to extend the agreement until the negotiations are concluded.

ICANN and Societe Internationale de Telecommunications Aeronautiques SC hereby extend the Expiration Date of the .AERO sponsorship agreement until 17 June 2008.
